Kitchen & Bath Remodeling · Miami-Dade & Palm Beach · 20 Years
You know exactly what your kitchen should look like. You just need a team that will walk your space, look at your saved photos, and build what you actually picked out — on a timeline you can plan around.
Sound Familiar?
"I have a whole Pinterest board. I know exactly what I want."
You've done the research. Saved the photos. Compared countertop brands. What you haven't found is a team that can walk your kitchen, look at those images, and build what you actually picked out.
"We had a bad experience with a bathroom guy."
Uneven grout. Wrong tile shade. Stopped answering texts. That was a $6,000 guest bath. Your kitchen is $80,000. The stakes are different. The contractor should be too.
"That Home Depot quote said $35K."
Ask what it included. Plumbing relocation? Electrical upgrades? Permits? Countertop fabrication? Demo? If the answer to most of those is no, that $35K is really $60K with $25K missing from the page.
"How long will I be without my kitchen?"
Your family eats there every night. You host every holiday. A remodel that drags past the timeline doesn't just delay a project. It disrupts how your household works.

Our Work
The Panamerican Difference
From the first in-person assessment through the final walkthrough, Eduardo is your single point of contact. He reviews your saved photos, walks you through material options, and sends weekly progress updates with photos. You are never handed off to a crew you have never met.
Founded by Cesar Castillo, PE, Panamerican has completed 512+ projects across Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County. A licensed engineering firm does not disappear with your deposit, stop answering texts, or walk away from a half-finished kitchen.
Every countertop, backsplash tile, cabinet door, and hardware pull specified by brand, model, and exact color. No "or equivalent." No mystery substitutions. What you approve in the 3D rendering is what gets built.
Design guidance, engineering, permits, and construction under one roof. No separate designer. No outside architect. No permit expediter. One contract, one timeline, one team that answers the phone.
How It Works
Eduardo visits your home, walks the kitchen, and reviews your saved photos and vision. He evaluates structural conditions, discusses material options, and answers every question before you commit to anything.
Your kitchen is rendered in 3D with your chosen materials so you see the result before demolition starts. Structural plans are stamped by Cesar Castillo, PE. Every finish is specified in a written scope.
We handle all Miami-Dade permitting so you don't deal with the city. You receive a disruption plan: temporary kitchen setup, dust containment barriers, and a phased construction schedule with dates.
Construction with weekly progress updates and photos. Eduardo is your contact throughout. At the end, a punch-list walkthrough ensures every detail matches the rendering you approved.
What We Build
Full gut renovations to targeted upgrades. Cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, lighting, flooring, appliance integration, and island design.
Master baths, guest baths, and powder rooms. Tile work, vanities, shower enclosures, fixtures, and plumbing relocation.
Remodel both at once and save on mobilization. One timeline, one team, one contract covering every room that needs attention.
Want to knock out a wall for an open kitchen? Need the island sink in a different spot? We handle wall removal, plumbing relocation, and electrical upgrades in-house — no outside engineers to wait on.
Any kitchen remodel that moves plumbing or electrical requires a Miami-Dade permit. We file it, manage it, and close it out. You never have to deal with the city.
See your finished kitchen before we start. Material walk-throughs with physical samples. Eduardo helps you narrow 200 saved images to one cohesive design.
